A well-designed cutting board with a crumb catcher. The stable cutting base is a huge benefit, particularly when slicing bread and rolls. Crumbs fall through the heat-treated beech slats directly into the crumb catcher, which can then easily be emptied.

• Wipe clean with a damp, lint-free cloth.
• Knives should be completely dry before being placed in the block to avoid moisture build-up in the wood. 
• If required, apply food-grade mineral oil to the wooden block with a lint-free cotton cloth.
