Available in three subtle colours, this knife will accompany curious kitchen wizards – from the age of 4 – on their first explorations into the world of flavour, accompanied by their parents. With its child-friendly functionality, this knife encourages creativity and the development of sensory skills. Every chop and slice is an exciting adventure. The first ‘Wow!’ quickly turns into a shared ‘Yum!’.

Well thought-out design for maximum safety
The WÜSTHOF Junior combines the proven design of our WÜSTHOF Classic Chef’s Knife with child-friendly safety. The blade is sharp enough to glide effortlessly through fruit and vegetables, but not as sharp as kitchen knives for adults. Protection comes from a handle that curves downwards, acting like a forged full bolster with a rounded tip to protect little fingers from injury. The handle is ergonomic, non-slip and made from sustainable natural fibre composite material – free from harmful substances and environmentally friendly.

With the WÜSTHOF Junior, the kitchen becomes an adventure playground: children can feel the bumpy skin of a cucumber, smell the fresh aroma of a tomato and marvel at the vibrant red of a pepper.
