    What are the benefits of a full-tang knife?

    A full-tang knife is forged from a single piece of WÜSTHOF steel. While partial-tang cutlery splits where the blade meets the handle, full-tang knives run from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. A full tang offers increased balance, leverage, and precision while protecting your fingers from the blade’s edge. 

    How are steak knives different from other knives?
