How many days do I have to start a return?
You have 45 days from the date your order is shipped to start your return.
Do you have an extended holiday return policy?
Yes! Any item purchased from October 15, 2024 through December 16, 2024 can be returned through January 31, 2025.
How do I make a return?
To begin your return, enter your order number and shipping postal code in the form above to start the return process. Choose the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes! You will receive a prepaid shipping label to print and use for your return.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can choose to receive a refund to the original payment method, refund to a digital gift card, or exchange your item for something different. If you choose to exchange, your replacement item will not be shipped until the original item purchased is received, checked, and approved by our team.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
