This beautiful cutting board is crafted from heat-treated beech. The thermally treated beech is durable, water-resistant, and protects knife blades allowing them to stay sharp. 

Please note that due to the nature of the wood, the color and grain pattern of each cutting board may vary.

• Wipe clean with a damp, lint-free cloth.
• Knives should be completely dry before being placed in the block to avoid moisture build-up in the wood. 
• If required, apply food-grade mineral oil to the wooden block with a lint-free cotton cloth.
